Terms of purchase


The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by you as a customer (hereinafter "you", "you", "your") at Wear The Hype AB (org. no. 559413-9791 , Snoavägen 13, 743 64 Björklinge, hereinafter referred to as "we, our, our, us, the company".

By using wearthehype.se and/or placing an order, you agree to comply with the conditions set out in this document "Purchase Terms". Make sure you have read and understood the "Purchase terms" before making a purchase at wearthehype.se. In order to make a purchase, you need to be at least 18 years old or have the approval of a guardian/guardian.

All products on wearthehype.se are provided at a certain specified time, implying or not being a guarantee that these products are available. The company reserves the right to sell out of a product at any time. The company reserves the right for final sales, image and/or printing errors and misspellings in the title, text and price.

The company reserves the right to change the "Purchase Terms" at any time without notifying you in advance. The version of "Purchase terms" that applies is the one found on wearthehype.se when your purchase is made.

When ordering, the price stated at wearthehype.se applies. All prices are stated in Swedish Kronor and include VAT. On some products there is profit margin taxation. Shipping and possible payment costs are added.


When you have placed your order and payment has been received by the company, we will email an order confirmation of your purchase, provided you entered your email address at the time of purchase. If for some reason we are unable to deliver your order to you, we will contact you as soon as possible. If we have already received a payment from you, we will refund you in the same way you paid us, to the extent possible.


At wearthehype.se you can pay for your order with six (6) different types, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Klarna, Swish. We also offer payment with five (5) digital wallets, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Microsoft Pay & Click To Pay.

With direct payment, the money is deducted directly from your account and we send an order confirmation, if we received an email address with the order. No data from your card is ever saved.

We offer payment via Klarna AB and thus the entire payment takes place with Klarna AB. Payment details are sent from Klarna AB when you have chosen to pay via them. You can find complete purchase conditions at www.klarna.com and you can also reach them on phone number 08-120 120 10.


Wear The Hype AB always aims to have the package with you within three (3) working days. Most often, the package is already with you, or with an agent within 1-2 working days. Sometimes it can take longer due to, for example, stock status, illness, vacation or for other reasons. You can see how your order is progressing on "My Account" or via the tracking number you receive from us. Shipping charges

We always offer free shipping on all orders placed on the website, regardless of order value.

Unclaimed packages

If for some reason you should not receive/collect your package and it is sent back to the company, we may charge a fee of SEK 200. The fee refers to the dispatch of the package.

Right of withdrawal/return

If you want to return something from your order, you do so via our return portal or by emailing us your order number and the email address used for the order.

Our return policy entitles you as a consumer to a fourteen (14) day right of return after you have received the item(s) that you have purchased from us. You have the right to open and examine the products that you purchased but any products that are returned unused. The original packaging must not be broken during a return. There must also be no signs of use whatsoever and this includes odors such as smoke or perfumes. If the products you want to return should agree to something that is not accepted according to above, the return will not be approved and will instead be sent back.

As a consumer, you first need to receive your order from the delivery company, otherwise you will be charged a fee of SEK 200. You as a consumer are obliged to send the products back to us, you can either use the QR code that you receive via our return portal or buy your own shipping to send the goods back. Please make sure that the shipment is trackable when you send it. You as a consumer are responsible for the package and its contents until we receive the shipment, i.e. if the carrier should lose/damage the shipment, we cannot refund you.

Please ensure that the products are sent to the correct address mentioned above. Products sent to the wrong address will not be able to be delivered and thus a return will be refused.

When your return is accepted or refused, you will receive an email regarding this.

Please note that a refund may take up to ten (10) days depending on your bank. If you have not received a refund within this time, contact us here

All shipping costs are paid by the consumer and are non-refundable. If you use the QR code to print your shipping note that you receive via the return portal, SEK 60 will be deducted for the return shipping.

If you do not use the QR code, you will not be charged.


If you want to advertise a product that you bought from us that has a fault with it, you have the right to do so. Your legal right to return a product is three (3) years from the date of purchase. Errors in the article, incorrect delivery or transport damage must be reported within a "reasonable time". If you want to advertise a product, you do so by emailing us.

Personal data

Wear The Hype AB protects the integrity of our customers and always strives to protect them in the best way. It is the company's goal to comply with all applicable laws and regulations for personal protection.

Wear The Hype is the personal data controller for the processing of the personal data that you as a customer provide to Wear The Hype. By accepting these "Purchase Terms", as a customer you consent to the company's handling of your personal data according to this clause. Stored personal data is only used by Wear The Hype. We may send the customer's "Name, address, postal code, postal address, telephone number, email address" to shipping companies in order to send your order. If you wish to have your personal data removed from our storage, you can contact us at filip@wearthehype.se to have it deleted.

Force majeure

Wear The Hype AB disclaims responsibility for so-called Force majeure events. These are characterized as events beyond our control such as war, strike or other labor law conflict, flood, fire or similar event.

Swedish law is applicable to this agreement.


Wear The Hype AB follows the General Complaints Board's decision.
